Million Dog Search
The doctors and staff at Community Animal Hospital ask that you take a few minutes to complete this online survey about canine osteoarthritis. For each survey completed, $1 will be donated to the canine charity of your choice. We ask that you please consider selecting the AAHA Helping Pets fund, which donates hundreds of dollars each year to help our patients in need.

Go to www.milliondogsearch.com to take the survey.
Go to www.aahahelpingpets.org for information about AAHA Helping Pets fund

Both sites are linked on our additional resources page. Thanks for your help!
